Dickson is a self-driven innovative leader with extensive experience in corporate governance, management, and administration in community-based programs, charitable foundations, real estate, and agribusiness. Over the last 20 years, he has served in various ministries, including as a director of sustainability and Fundraising, youth worship leader, Bible study teacher, and lay minister. Though he has enjoyed writing concept papers and articles for many years, after the loss of their daughter, Dickson felt empowered by the Holy Spirit to be a published author. Over the years, Dickson has been involved in conceptualizing and building large scale projects such as Water purification plants,  an indoor stadium,  schools, hostels, green houses etc. He holds an MBA in finance, a B.Sc. in computer science, a diploma in strategic management, and certifications in finance and project management. Dickson has been married to his wife, Mary, since 2013, and together they have a son. They currently reside in Nairobi, Kenya.
